Founder

Ahron Zilberstein graduated from USC in 1982 with a degree in accounting. Ahron went on to work in the banking industry for 3 years and went on to purchase a small commercial building in the Van Nuys area in 1986. He later purchased a corner building at 6360 Van Nuys Boulevard.  In the eighties Ahron built houses, remodeled properties on a constant basis and continues to do so to this day.

Ahron started creating the concept of small offices for startup businesses for the lower income professionals in the Van Nuys area with a strong Hispanic, Armenian and Russian following and caters to all ethnicities in the San Fernando valley area.

In 2015 Ahron handed the day to day daily business management to his son, Eli, who now is the Broker of Total Capital, Inc and oversees the daily management of the buildings located at 6356 Van Nuys blvd., 6360 Van Nuys Blvd., 6515 Van Nuys Blvd., 14416 Victory blvd as well as various properties in other cities in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

Ahron Zilberstein was Treasurer and Financial Secretary for 10 years at Emek Hebrew Academy at the Teichman Family Torah Center and in 2012 Ahron was honored at the annual trustee's dinner where Rabbi Avrohom Stulberger was quoted saying 

" Ahron has been instrumental in stabilizing Emek's financial situation, and through his creativity and billiance he has saved the school over a million dollars".

As well as a quote from Rabbi Avrohom Stulberger, the dean at Valley Torah High School,  "It's not just Ahrons generosity that is so remarkable, he is that rare individual willing to roll up his sleeves and spend countless hours to help a friend in distress.  Some people open their wallets and others will give you their time. It is quite unusual for someone to do both.  as a community leader Ahron has served as both a board member and a community advisor to some of the most prominent religious institutions in Los Angeles.  Yeshiva University of Los Angeles High School, Emek Hebrew Academy, Chabad of the Valley and Valley Torah High School are just some of the organizations that have been positively and significantly impacted by Mr. Zilberstein." 

Ahron has proudly been involved with Chabad of the Valley since the age of 16 and to this day with his wife and children.
